My name is Valentina and I am excited to share the story behind MIASO Charcuterie and Catering Atelier.
My journey in hospitality began with a passion for creating memorable culinary experiences. Studying Hospitality Management in Austria, France and the United States enriched my appreciation for diverse food traditions.
During my academic years, I spent a memorable time in Provence, France - a region renowned for its rich food culture, elegant markets, and timeless charm. Those beautiful memories and vibrant tlavors became my inspiration for MIASO.
Dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences that celebrate history and shared moments, MIASO is the reflection of elegant simplicity and rich culture I experienced myself, it is my reflection.
